External inspections provide an independent insight into the School, its management, and its performance
Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI)
The School was last inspected in May 2011 by the Independent Schools Inspectorate. Their report’s main finding is that:
The pupils benefit from "high standards of care" and “are well rounded and balanced, secure in a very supportive framework that allows them to be happy at school.” Their “spiritual, moral, social and cultural development is outstanding”.
The report goes on to praise the "excellent and challenging curriculum", the "exceptionally wide range of high quality extra-curricular activities" and the "excellent teaching" that, along with “exceptional leadership and management” and the support of an “excellent governing body”, all go into making the School an "exceptional intellectual and cultural community".
This is one of the most positive inspection reports that you are likely to read about any school.
