Pupils spent the hour engaging in intimate conversations with a fantastic group of CLS Parents, Alumni and Friends of the school, who enthusiastically shared insights into their careers across an array of legal fields – ranging from Media Finance, Sports Law, Corporate and Commercial, Crime, Litigation and Dispute Management, Energy and Infrastructure, Administrative and Public Law, aswell as those working as Sole Practitioners, General Counsel and Barristers.
I found this event to be incredibly informative. I learnt many new things about what working in law truly means. The diverse group of people to talk to made me realise just how large a field law is.

This was a valuable opportunity for pupils to explore their academic interests outside the classroom and to see that career paths are rarely linear.
The school’s iconic location allows us to draw in a wide variety of the parent/ alumni community who may work nearby. Thank you to those cls parents and alumni who so generously gave up their time today to support our pupils.
I am grateful for the time the representative lawyers spent at cls this morning, being able to learn the steps taken into entering law, whether that be through being a barrister or a solicitor.
