Pupils rotated around tables in small groups with a fantastic group of CLS Parents and Alumni, who shared insights into their careers, notably how they set up and founded their own businesses. There was an incredible array of fields including AI software, fitness and skincare applications and more.

 It was interesting to hear the difficulties that you face when starting a company, and the different ways to stay positive after many rejections.

I found listening to the hardships of starting the companies very interesting. I would definitely recommend the event as it gave me an insight into something I wouldn’t have normally researched.

I found all the information really useful, and this event allowed me to meet and learn from the sort of people I might not generally meet. The knowledge I have gained as a result of this event will hopefully be helpful to me in the future and that is why I would recommend participation to others.
