We were delighted to welcome parents and alumni into a packed out Winterflood Theatre this week to hear from Old Citizen, Ted Kravitz (Class of 1992).
The audience was treated to a masterfully woven storytelling of Ted’s personal and professional journey from CLS to Sky Sports’ long serving pit lane reporter for Formula 1 and host of Ted’s Notebook.
Audience participation was the order of the day with one Sixth Former given the props of a driver and sat in a racing car position to see just how uncomfortable it is!
Ted shared fascinating insights from behind the scenes of the worldwide sport, from the making of popular Netflix show Drive to Survive to life as a broadcaster and working alongside the legendary Murray Walker.
The event wound up with a detailed and varied Q&A session, a drinks reception, selfies and autographs with Ted.
