4th Formers win at Photography Competition
4th Formers Isaac and Roy have won in the highly commended category of the UCL (Confucius Institute) Young Photographer of the Year Competition, currently on display at China Exchange in Gerard’s Street, Chinatown.
Isaac’s photo, entitled ‘Red Trousers’, was taken during a school trip to Beijing in the Hutongs whilst on a street photography workshop. Roy captured his photo in London - the floating Regents Canal Pagoda.
The idea behind the competition was to see how young people could capture cross-cultural exchanges between the UK and China. Thank you to Miss Bunnage, the School Mandarin teacher for encouraging the boys to enter.
