CLS celebrates a set of outstanding LAMDA results
Seventy-six CLS pupils who have participated in the LAMDA programme this year have been eagerly awaiting their examination results to arrive in the building, and they were certainly worth waiting for! With fifty distinctions and twenty-five merits awarded, this was our most successful set of results to date.
The pupils have worked incredibly hard and shown great resilience as Lamda classes moved online during the remote period with daily lunchtime drop-in sessions. Equally impressive was the number of pupils who attended the extra sessions run on Teams during the Easter break.
LAMDA is beneficial for anyone who wants to engage in extra-curricular drama. It helps you to improve confidence on stage, pushes and challenges you to become a better actor, and is another great offering from the Drama Department.
