Joined by partner schools and a steady stream of curious CLS pupils who wandered in, pupils soon found themselves deep in conversation with enthusiastic university representatives.

The event offered an inspiring glimpse into the wealth of international opportunities available beyond Sixth Form.

Forward College drew a crowd as soon as pupils spotted the familiar LSE logo above its stand. Pupils at Forward combine one of seven degrees, designed and accredited by LSE or King’s College London, with an international experience spanning three years, three capital cities, and three countries. The college’s emphasis on real-world projects and personal development particularly impressed CLS pupils, as did the mention of generous scholarships.

ESCP Business School also attracted plenty of interest. ESCP offers the chance to study in English, French, or German while living in three different countries over three years. With small, interactive classes, real-world business simulations, and opportunities for internships and social projects, ESCP provides a hands-on preparation for international business careers.

Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s oldest and most prestigious university, was another popular destination. TCD offers a wealth of exchange programmes with leading universities across the globe, making it a truly international academic hub.

Finally, Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) offered a creative counterpoint. With campuses in Italy, Spain, and Brazil, IED combines design excellence with a business-minded, experiential approach.

Events like this one give our pupils invaluable insight into the possibilities ahead and perhaps a spark of inspiration for their own academic journeys.
