Whilst our Senior Sixth Form pupils await the conclusion of the UCAS cycle of applications to UK universities, many of them are celebrating stunning outcomes from the cycle of applications to universities overseas. Offers have come in from 38 institutions across the world, covering the USA and Canada, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and China.
In the USA, offers have come from five Ivy League Universities, alongside a list of other highly-ranked institutions that feature highly in the US Best National Universities or Liberal Arts College Rankings. Significant merit scholarships were secured by pupils from the University of Southern California and Notre Dame. Elsewhere, notable outcomes included six offers from McGill University in Canada, five offers from Bocconi University in Milan, and an offer for the Bachelor of Global Engineering at CentraleSupélec (one of the most prestigious and selective grandes écoles in France). Marking a new first for City of London School, one of our Class of 2024 has received an offer from Tsinghua University, Beijing, to study Economics. Tsinghua University is the highest ranked university in Asia.
