Following a school-wide vote amongst staff and pupils alike, The Felix Project was selected as the charity CLS will be fundraising for during the 2024-25 academic year. We are so pleased that our fundraising efforts this year will be focused upon taking a stand against hunger in London.
Every week, The Felix Project supplies food to over 1000 London food banks, schools, community kitchens, charities, and other community organisations. This year, they are aiming to deliver 35 million meals, saving 15000 tonnes of food which would otherwise have been wasted.
To kick things off, we will be having our first non-uniform day of the year on Thursday, and look forward to many more fundraising events to support this wonderful cause throughout the year.
