CLS has a rich and proud history, dating from our inception in the 15th century through the will of John Carpenter, through to our founding on Milk Street in 1837 and our relocation to our current home in 1987. As a forward-thinking School, we nonetheless recognise the importance of where we began, and we celebrate our historical roots.
