Music at CLS during the Autumn and first half of the Spring Term has been booming.
Our recent Lower School concert gave pupils the opportunituy to perform a series of movie scenes which were underscored by members of Second Form. The whole year group performed the song Witness Me by Jacob Collier, which they had been studying in their academic lessons. This was alongside performances from our new Junior Choir, Swing Band, Junior String Orchestra and many more.
Last term we welcomed pupils from City Junior School who held their Winter Concert in our Great Hall. At the CLS Winter Spectacular, the spotlight shone on our Jazz Orchestra and Swing Band as they played holiday classics.
We are looking forward to welcoming renownded Danish R&B artist, Marie Dahlstrøm in the second half of the Spring Term who will be performing in our Riverside Live Lounge sessions for International Womens Day.
