As part of their Engineering Design Trust Gold Cadets Award, a group of Junior Sixth Formers were invited to UCL to attend a two-day workshop that included talks from university staff. Pupils also spent time at Mechspace, the university’s centre for engineering design. They were given the opportunity to design to a brief set by the company, Arcadis, which involved designing and building a model.Click to find out more about the Engineering Design Trust Award
