Joined by the Head and Head Girl from City of London School for Girls, they each laid a cross in memory of those who gave their lives in conflict. The service, attended by members of the Armed Forces, the clergy, and representatives from across the City of London, offered a moment of collective reflection ahead of Remembrance Sunday.
The Garden of Remembrance, established each year beside St Paul’s, provides a quiet space for the public to pause and remember the sacrifices made in the pursuit of peace.
